File a Claim

Your dedicated account manager will help you process a personal or business claim. For urgent matters call 508-420-9011 or email [email protected]. When our office is closed, contact your carrier directly — many offer 24-hour claim reporting.

Have ready: policy number and contact info · description of the loss · police or fire reports · photos or videos · repair estimates · details on any involved parties · date of loss · whether you’ve hired a mitigation company.

Claims Management

1. Report the claim. Contact McShea by phone or email with your policy details and a description of the incident.
2. Assess the damage. Your carrier’s claims team works with you; an adjuster may inspect.
3. Work with your carrier. We coordinate paperwork so your claim progresses without delay.
4. Claim resolution. The carrier provides a resolution for any covered claim, with our team beside you.

Certificate Request

Commercial clients can request a Certificate of Insurance by email — include the coverage type (Auto, Workers Comp, General Liability, Umbrella, Other), whether there is a written contract, current or prior term, the certificate holder’s name and address, any special conditions or additional insured wording, and how to return it.

Certificates are mailed, faxed or emailed per your request. Workers’ Compensation certificates for policies written through the MA Workers’ Compensation Risk Plan are issued by the carrier within two business days; others are typically available within 24 hours.
